Returns

You are entitled to apply your order for return up to 14 days after reception, without statement of reasons. After application, you have another 14 days to return your product to us. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. The return costs are at your own expense. When using the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If returned items do not meet the above conditions, Breastflower reserves the right to refuse the returned items.

• Hand over your package to your local carrier. Make sure to always ask for a receipt and if possible, a tracking number, allowing you to track your package. 

Refund

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided that we have received the item in good order. The moment we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. If you have received a discount on your entire order at the time of purchase, only the paid amount will be refunded. Refunds are issued through the original payment method. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to exchange items or have items repaired. However, you have the option to return an item and re-order it.
